As the name suggests, biometrics are biological measurements which are taken in form of fingerprints and digital photographs. Biometrics need to be given only once in a period of 10 years.

ICCRC(The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council), is the national regulatory body that oversees regulated Canadian immigration professionals. RCIC(Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) are immigration consultants licensed and regulated by ICCRC.

International students can work on campus or off-campus unless otherwise stated on study permit. A student can work a maximum of 20 hours per week off campus and full time during scheduled breaks without a work permit.

An eligible student can apply for a PGWP within 180 days after obtaining the final mark from the Designated Learning Institute.

The duration of a PGWP can vary anywhere from minimum of 8 months upto a maximum of 3 years based on the length the study program.

You can become a candidate in Express Entry if you are eligible under one the qualifying economic federal programs and creating an online profile in the express entry pool.

CRS cut-off scores vary with each Express Entry draw. These draws cold be general or program specific. The cut-off score can range from mid 300s for skilled trades to mid 400s for skilled workers or Canadian experience class to high 700s for PNP specific draws.

Parents or grandparents of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident can apply for Super Visa.

A letter of invitation from child or grandchild residing in Canada who meets the Low Income Cut-Off (LICO) requirements and private medical insurance from a Canadian insurance company valid for a minimum of one year from the time of arrival in Canada.

If the documents are in a foreign language, they need to be translated in English or French along with a certified copy of the original and an affidavit from the person who did the translation (only if they are not a certified translator).
